To secure your desired session, choose from the options below and make a pledge deposit of $1000. After that, it's time to invite your preferred faculty to join. You can view our 2024 Faculty by clicking here - keep in mind that they may also be invited to other sessions, so the earlier you secure your spot, the better.

Once your RSVPs are confirmed, it's time to purchase tickets for each faculty member and industry attendee through GTT. Miriam will contact you to arrange travel plans, hotel rooms, and delicious food and beverages. If you have any questions along the way, her email is miriam@great-time-tours.com.   • Every expert faculty member will receive an additional hotel room on Tuesday night. This extra perk will provide your faculty with the comfort and convenience they deserve.

  • Audio-visual equipment, including LCD projection and screen, will be available. Additional equipment through the Drake Hotel AV services can also be purchased. With our state-of-the-art equipment, you can be sure your presentations will be a hit!

  • Meeting rooms are provided at three different locations on the Mezzanine Level. Our spacious and well-appointed meeting rooms provide the perfect setting for your event.

  • Food and beverage service will be provided, along with accompanying staff services. Our catering team will work with you to create a menu that will impress your guests.

  • Faculty travel coordination for this new event and additional room reservation management will be taken care of, as well as signage/posters outside meeting rooms. We will also manage RSVPs, changes, record keeping, and reminder emails with logistical information. Our comprehensive support will ensure that your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • We also offer optional industry travel accommodations and TPA distribution of faculty honoraria. This additional benefit will make it easy for you to provide your own staff and the expert faculty with the recognition they deserve.
