Please reserve your hotel room early to assure accommodations at The Drake and enjoy the group rate of $179, plus taxes. The deadline for hotel reservations is August 12th, the end of the business day.

FACULTY TRAVEL: Complete the Faculty registration online process early with your travel information. Your flight plans must be handled by Great Time Tours. They will contact you to confirm your preferences and needs before booking your flights. 

NON-FACULTY TRAVEL: Great Time Tours handles all hotel reservations and will assist with all of your travel needs. Submit your information online during the registration process or contact GTT directly.
