Faculty Invitation
Dear Invited Faculty,
We are delighted to invite you to participate as a Faculty Member in the 39th International Bubble Conference, scheduled for September 10-11, 2025, at the Drake Hotel in Chicago, IL.
This year, Advances in Contrast Ultrasound is excited to continue its collaboration with our educational partner, Northwest Imaging Forum, an accredited provider recognized by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). Together, we are committed to upholding the highest standards in providing Continuing Medical Education (CME). We will be working closely with Matt Wilson and his team to ensure the delivery of CME that meets these rigorous standards.
As the significance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in diagnostics and therapies continues to grow, our conference aims to showcase groundbreaking work and research that contribute to excellence in patient care. The objectives of this year’s symposium include:
Recognizing the global utilization of contrast ultrasound as a safe, non-ionizing, and cost-effective imaging modality for cardiology and whole-body diagnostics to improve patient care.
Interpreting the clinical applications of contrast ultrasound, guided by professional societies like the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE), the European Association of Echocardiography (EAE), the Inter-societal Accreditation Commission (IAC), the European Federation of Societies for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (EFSUMB), and the World Federation of Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (WFUMB).
Reviewing emerging therapeutic applications of contrast ultrasound.
Discussing ongoing clinical trials using contrast ultrasound in preclinical research.
Highlighting novel and emerging scientific research in the field of CEUS.
To equip physicians with the latest information for informed decision-making, the conference will cover topics such as new clinical data on CEUS applications in adult and pediatric patients. We will discuss how CEUS is used to image organ systems and tumors, detect cardiovascular abnormalities, assess heart attack or stroke risk, and produce detailed images of tumor vascularity for monitoring growth patterns and treatment effectiveness. Additionally, we will explore innovative therapeutic uses of "bubbles" in ultrasound, including dissolving blood clots after a heart attack and delivering genes and cancer drugs to inoperable tumors.
Conference Director Dr. Steve Feinstein and his team will be finalizing the 2025 agenda in March, determining faculty roles, including presenters, chairs, and panelists for key sessions. All faculty members will be recognized as world-renowned experts in the field of CEUS.
Dr. Feinstein encourages faculty members to submit any new findings or late-breaking research that aligns with the conference theme to support@bubbleconference.com for potential inclusion in the program. After the agenda is finalized, presenters will receive detailed instructions from our committee, as required by our CME providers, regarding participation in the event. Please stay apprised on the conference website as well – www.bubbleconference.com.
We adhere to a disclosure process where all individuals controlling the content of an educational activity must disclose relevant financial relationships with commercial interests. Any identified conflicts of interest must be resolved before the activity. To facilitate this, please complete your online registration by April 15, 2025, using the link provided in the invitation email from Lauren Fay. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Lauren at support@bubbleconference.com. Further instructions regarding registration, conflicts of interest (COIs), CV submissions, and travel arrangements can be found in the attached Faculty Letter B.
Your cooperation in disclosing relevant financial relationships is essential for us to proceed with the planning of this CME activity. Failure to disclose such relationships will disqualify you from participating in this event.
Once all conflicts are reviewed and resolved, we will work with you on the content of your session. Please review the updated CME policies and procedures outlined in the Standards of Practice.
We look forward to your participation and to making this year’s conference a valuable contribution to the professional development of our learners and their practice. Please refer to Faculty Letter B for details regarding travel, hotel accommodation, and other important information to ensure a successful and enjoyable event in Chicago.
For any assistance related to the conference, please contact Lauren Fay at support@bubbleconference.com.
Sincerely,
Steve Feinstein, MD – Conference Director
