The early registration fee for this symposium is $500 for physicians and industry personnel, $250 for fellows*, sonographers, technicians, residents, and nurses. The deadline for early registration is August 29th, 2007. Registration submissions after August 29th will be $600 for physicians and industry personnel and $300 for fellows*, sonographers, technicians, residents, and nurses.

The registration fee includes attendance at all general sessions, course materials, two breakfasts, breaks, one lunch, and the networking function on Thursday evening.
